Who Took The Viles

The Shrooms, including Jim Jordan, Keith Swanson, Bob Jones, Scott Keller and Greg Pichler, rehearsed at the basement of the Tau Epsilon Phi Fraternity Annex at 216 Warren Square, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in advance of a scheduled performance at the fraternity house at 227 Warren Square on Saturday, November 21, 1981. The Tau Epsilon Phi Fraternity House was at the time an off campus, fraternal association. The group rehearsed ten songs over the course of the week, starting November 16, 1981. The group recorded the rehearsal onto cassette tape.

Pichler was the only member of the group who had introduced an original song in advance of the rehearsal, including the title track, The Calamity, a.k.a., Who Took The Viles.

The video includes still photo images of all the members of the group over the course of the subsequent performance on Saturday, November 21, 1981.
